Most likely you have tried to login, got the screen asking for your User Name and password, typed it in and clicked OK, only to be asked to type it in again, and again. This scenario means that the system is not accepting your User Name and password. One or the other, the User Name or the password, or perhaps both, are incorrect.
Be sure that what you are typing is correct. Also be sure that what your typing is in the proper case as User Names and passwords are both case sensitive. They must be typed exactly as shown on your confirmation email. Upper case and lower case letters matter in this situation.
Unfortunately at the moment certain areas of our site require Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher. These areas will be addressed in the very near future with some additional new features.
If you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that the registration process is complete and that you may access the Client Centre. At that time, you will also receive your valid username and password. If you do not get this confirmation e-mail, do not assume you are registered!
If you have received a confirmation e-mail, but still have authentication problems then make sure that your User Name and password have been entered exactly as they appear on your confirmation email (note that case is important). If you are still unsuccessful then wait one hour and try again. If you still experience problems, please contact DST Global Solutions and we shall endeavour to resolve your problems.
